2021 Chapter Retreat

Our chapter members met in beautiful Charlottesville, VA on a lovely sunny (if a little warm) day to enjoy time together at Thatch Winery. They had the opportunity to meet with the Winemaker and Vineyard Manager to learn about Thatch's vineyards, grapes, growing process, harvest and bottling.

We tasted and learn about several of Thatch’s wines as well as enjoyed a European lite fare menu to with the wines. We also went behind the scenes on a guided tour with the team to see how Thatch wines are produced.

Then we moved to the Loft for a private wine pairing dinner! There, we enjoyed a fantastic 4 course meal that had been carefully curated to pair with Thatch Wines.
